• Simeone: "This party has no relationship with who passed in the derby".

Diego Pablo Simeone, who is the coach of Atletico Madrid, shared his thoughts after his team's 4-0 win against Osasuna. He said that this match was his best performance of the season. Simeone said he always expects the best from his team and they showed some important moments in the first half.

"Always we hope for the best. In the first half we showed important things so that we could score more goals. We had to advance the match, and the players understood it very well. The team showed more strength in the second half and we were able to advance the match. The score of 4-0 seems easy, but it is complicated and dangerous," Simeone said.

He also said that if the match was not the most complete performance of the season, it was very close. He also gave importance to the team's performances in previous matches, such as in Bilbao and Liverpool. "We understood the previous matches in parts: the first half in Bilbao was OK, also in Liverpool, but this time we showed more regularity throughout the match," he said.

Simeone made it clear that the win against Osasuna would not affect his team's performance in the derby. "This match is completely different to the derby on Sunday. We will face a different opponent who is very strong. We will try to take the match in a direction where we can hurt them," he said.

He also praised the performance of some players in this match, such as Johnny Cardoso, who played brilliantly. "If he keeps playing like this, I'll definitely think about him," Simeone said. "He's just got to continue to be able to continue with his potential."

Simeone also praised 'Kuti' Romero, who has been trying to become a part of his team for the last two years. "We have been after him for the last two years. He also wanted him to come. The club has made a big effort to bring him and we need him. We hope he keeps his talent," he said.

In this way, Simeone expressed positivity about his team's performance and talked about getting ready for the next derby.

What will happen next

Siméone made it clear that the win against Osasuna will not affect the derby. Atlético faces a strong opponent, and they will try to approach this match according to their strategy. This kind of preparation could make their season outlook even better.
