The first goal of the match came in the 9th minute, when Oxford player Ciaran Browne headed in a pass from Ruairi McConville. O'Neill introduced 19-year-old Kieran Morrison for the first time in the game, and his excellent cross led to Isaac Price scoring the team's second goal. Credit for the third goal also went to Brown, who dodged goalkeeper Dmytro Riznik and scored.

After this match, Northern Ireland hope to move forward with positivity for the next match, which will be against Georgia. If they finish without defeat in this four-match series, they will go into the final two matches in November with confidence. This win has put them at the top position in League B2.

O'Neill said, "We played against a good team and we had to be well prepared. The team performed brilliantly and everyone made great contributions." Now Northern Ireland have a chance to beat Georgia in their next match, which will be an important match.
