The central back will not turn 21 in September, but he has performed well for his country at the 2026 World Cup and has already made 14 appearances for South Africa.
MLS club Chicago Fire bought him from Orlando Pirates for €2.5 million in January 2026, but he may now be ready for a move back to Serie A.
