Genoa Football Club is looking towards the future and is stepping up its search for a new Director Sporting. The club has established preliminary contacts with some potential candidates while awaiting Diego López's decision. According to Sky Sport, Genoa are considering various candidates, among which two famous names have been linked to Fiorentina: Pantaleo Corvino and Daniele Prade.

Pantaleo Corvino has had a long relationship with Fiorentina, where he has held the position of Director Sporting several times and built several successful teams. On the other hand, Prade has also been part of several management cycles at Fiorentina. Genoa are also looking at Giovanni Rossi and Nicolas Burdisso, an experienced defender, among other potential candidates.

The club is now preparing a list of names that have different characteristics, so that the right management can be planned for the next few years. The final selection will be made after discussions with Lopez, whose relationship with Genoa may soon end.

Meanwhile, Milan have kept their eye on Real Madrid's young Brazilian striker Andrique. According to La Gazzetta della Sport, the name was previously considered in the summer transfer market, but that deal did not go ahead. Now, the situation could change as the January transfer window approaches.

Andrić is finding it difficult to get consistent playing time, as the competition at Real Madrid is so high. Along with this, he has also suffered some injuries which have slowed down his development.

The future of Lazio's Floriani Mussolini is becoming even clearer as he approaches his contract renewal. Today a meeting took place between the club and the player in Formello, in which the final details of the contract were discussed.

According to sources, this renewal will be under a new five-year contract, which will also see a significant increase in his salary. Under the current contract Mussolini earns around 150,000 euros a year, while under the new contract his money will start at around 500,000 euros, with increases over time.

This clearly shows that the club has expressed confidence in his abilities and development. Medhi Benatia has shared an important transfer information regarding Lucas da Cunha, who is currently part of the French national team. Benatia reported that Olympique Marseille had seriously considered bringing him to their club, but the financial demands were too high.

Finally, Juventus has suspended its training session and will resume on Tuesday. The team will see the return of several national players, giving coach Luciano Spalletti a strong squad for their next match.

Amidst all this activity, this football market is filled with potential transfers and renewals, which promises to be exciting in the coming months.

Genoa are now in the process of selecting their new Director of Sport, who will be finalized after discussions with Diego Lopez.
