Maca Sivo scored a hat-trick for Leeds Rhinos in their 34–6 win against Warrington Wolves. The win gives Brad Arthur's side a two-point lead at the top of the Super League table, making it difficult for other teams to catch them. Warrington are suffering their first defeat in this match even though they have a game in hand.

Leeds took a wide lead in the first half with tries from Sivo, Brodie Croft and Harry Newman. Jake Connor had two successful kicks, while his third hit the post. Warrington got the first points early following Evan Irvine's penalty, but found it difficult to score for the first 40 minutes.

Leeds dominated the second half, where Chris Hankinson scored another try and Sivo scored twice, while Connor also added a penalty. Warrington finally bounced back through a goal from Matty Ashton, but it was only a consolation goal.

Leeds dominated the first 40 minutes of the match, while Warrington took a 2–0 lead through Irvine's penalty in the first 10 minutes. But after this Rhinos started playing aggressive game. Sivo took advantage of Lachie Miller's brilliant vision to score the first try. Newman then scored before half-time to give Leeds a 16–2 lead.

In the second half, Leeds continued their goalscoring streak and Sivo completed his hat-trick. Brad Arthur, head coach of the Leeds Rhinos, said, "I like how reliable we are becoming as a team. Our endurance was very good and it's a good step in the right direction for us."
